The revamped news platform and community portal design reflects the metamorphosis of the brand from an online dive business and destination site into an all-encompassing ocean changemaker magazine with departments that feature all areas of the ocean lover’s lifestyle such as: Recreation & sports, marine life, responsible travel, arts & culture, books, film & photography, food, sustainable business, marine science, ocean issues, ocean technology and innovation.

Blue Ocean Network’s mission to connect ocean people and entrepreneurs more deeply to ocean action was primed by its growing tribe of concerned Blue Ocean Summit-goers who needed a meeting place to share and discuss ocean issues after the annual Summit was over.

Launch at DEMA Show 2016
Blue Ocean Network will be covering the DEMA Show to be held Nov 16-19, 2016 at the Las Vegas Convention Centre in Las Vegas, Nevada. BON will be interviewing some of the leading companies who are embracing sustainability and helping their customers to do the same. These interviews will appear in the new ocean portal after the show.
The DEMA Show is produced by DEMA, the Diving Equipment & Marketing Association, an international organization dedicated to the promotion and growth of the recreational scuba diving and snorkeling industry.
