The line separating Scientists and Citizens is blurring as together, we learn how to change the world for the better:  Scientists need data and regular folk have the will and skills to help. Blue Ocean highlights ocean issues and the marine citizen scientists and marine conservation organizations working to protect the world’s ocean environment. As a citizen scientist there is a program for you whether its reef restoration, fish counts, whale sightings, water quality surveys, invasive species monitoring, Turtle watches and so much more.
